Zhongli will try to unfreeze one NPC who looks like they were a scribe/attendant in the palace and hopefully squirrel them away in safe room with broccoli soup until they seem approachable. Will do a mercy kill if it looks like they are blighted.
Also, an extreme long shot that is likely to fail, but if he is able to find Ferenan with reasonable confidence anywhere in the easy to access areas of the palace, he will unfreeze them as well. That moment when you're trying to do stick figure facial recognition... On second thought, I will handle this in my kaleidoscope turn-in. Thank you!
