[ Slowly, they nod in response to the other's proposal, setting their collection of strange things on the countertop shortly thereafter. Among the collection is a jar of dried jerky they found — which they don't even particularly like the taste of — and while their motions are less smooth, more hesitant than their companion's, they also make short work of unfreezing the jar (with their free, not currently peach holding hand). ]

[ Their first thought, of course, had been to just nod their head and take what was offered to them. It was free, after all, and up until just recently, it's been in their responsibility list to capitalize on the kindness of others.
