dreamflowers: (bloody hell)

[While most travelers might only regard the strange animal with a passing thought due to not being from this world (and thus, not knowing what is common or uncommon around these parts), Jade is not that person. Not only had she spent some number of weeks in Silvergrove and the Powder Desert surrounding it, but she had become quite acquainted with the creatures that inhabited the area as well. If there were white, fluffy fauna running around, she'd have noticed it by now.

[And this one she knows does not belong.

[Honestly, she'd be delighted by the cuteness if not for the fact that it just spoke to her in a woman's voice.]

And here I was thinking that all this play was missing was a talking animal companion, hm?

[It's ironic, really -- for the "point" of the trial to be obtaining the very thing Jade doesn't want to see retrieved at any cost. She'd seen what happened the last time a stone of great import was taken from that boy; she would not make the same mistake. Not even when he had offered it to her willingly, and not even when she knows the truth that lies under the tranquil illusion.]

To answer your first question, I'm getting some Peaceweed. Thanks for asking.

[When in doubt, press Sarcasm.]
