[Unfortunately, Liem is indeed a square. He hovers next to Fane with the watchful demeanour of one who has been pulled into misadventures by acquaintances on more than one occasion, and who has no desire to come to the attention of any burly devil security guards while he’s equipped with nothing more than the slim dagger he always wears.
Fortunately, there don’t seem to be any nosy devils hanging about at present; but he is still alert as he follows Fane toward the as-of-yet unadorned statue.]
Actually there are some quite key differences, at least where I hail from.
[And, he is guessing, where Raphael hails from also, given that his home seems to quite clearly reside in Hell. The air here is rich with not just Evil, but also Law; that would not be the case, he thinks, were there not a similarly-foul plane of Chaos to house this existence’s demons also.]
For example, devils are harmed by silver, while demons are vulnerable to cold iron. Devils cannot be harmed by fire, and many can see in even magical darkness.
[Does most of Liem’s fiend-lore revolve around the best ways to kill them? Maybe so.]
