I imagine many of them might have a problem with that, yes. Kowloon does aim to be a bit more... lowkey when it comes to their business.

[ Even then, 'lowkey' is putting it lightly. It hasn't been that long ago since Kaeya started exploring all that Kowloon has to offer, and it feels like he's yet to get past the surface. Not to mention he has to go beyond Kowloon in order to find what he wants but that isn't likely to happen anytime soon.
