Later, it might occur to him how strange it is for Tezcatlipoca to have chosen one specific person to save from his world; he might look back and realize that he'd only been assuming that this "partner" is another god of some kind; it might even cross his mind how strange it is for a god to have aligned himself with the Zenith in the first place, considering that all the others he's known of were devout Meris.

Thick forests, dangerous wildlife, but a lot to live off of if you know what to look for — and aren't picky.
But, honestly, Alenroux is even more similar... if it were easier to go back and forth into the city when I needed things, I'd probably be living out there instead of here. I thought about it sometimes, when I was still with the Meridian.

In this moment, Link suddenly realizes that it's not really convenience that's keeping him in Highstorm — if something were to go wrong, he'd want to be able to get back here quicker so he could help.
