Runs in the family then.

[Much like her rule, which is... Well. Honestly, it's coincidental. If she wasn't good at what she did, Midna wouldn't be the princess, despite her father having preceded her.

Akua does sound impressive. What she gets to witness here is just a small sliver of it. If this is what she's like when she's limited, if she even is, then Midna finds it difficult to imagine what she must be like when she has no restrictions placed on her. Either way, it's an incredibly impressive display. A more under-handed individual might be filing that away for later.

Who are we really kidding here? Midna is just observant enough to do that. Just in case she should ever need to use that information for later. It's a greatly important thing to know the capacity of those she would consider allies, even if only remotely.

Akua blasts a sudden opening right up above them and Midna's initial reaction is to lift her hand to shield herself. Just long enough to realise that it's not as overbearing as it could be. On the contrary, it doesn't feel as unforgiving as she's expected it to.

Well. She did agree this part of things, didn't she?]

I'm not sure what I expected. I think I've had enough of this tunnelling adventure, what say you?

[Her attention turns from the opening in the ceiling over to Akua and she offers over a hand, though for all intends and purposes, she's not planning to carry her in just any casual way.]
