He had already been plainly aware that the things he didn't know he didn't know were vaster than the things he knew he didn't know, which were, in turn, larger than the ones he did know. Albeit the existence of something as complex as a multiverse doesn't ricochet from Mamoru, since quantum physics and the like were discussed plenty of times between the big brains in his various teams due to the main axis of their missions, enough for a simple man like him to catch some concepts of it.
