The cold way Amos says he'll kill the dryad might have been more of a shock if Hythlodaeus hadn't seen him choke out Dextera with nary a hint of hesitation. But... he agrees, this time.

"It should be destroyed, I think. 'Tis clearly dangerous." Something like the dryad would without a doubt be unmade back home, if it proved to have a sadistic taste for harming others. It's different from a simple defensive reaction, after all- it was plotted, and the creature must have derived some sick pleasure from the affair.

"Do you truly think it would stop the choking?" He hopes so- he's getting rather sick of it himself. But magicks, if that is what this is, can linger long after the caster is dead and gone.
