Emet-Selch's gaze turns solemn. He had sometimes referenced how precious his friend had been to him but never has he spoken of this aspect of it. Not to anyone. Not in such certain terms.

His voice turns sentimental, "And here at the edge of creation, I have the success that I thought outside of my reach for so many years. To see him again is a delight that I cannot put into words."
