Actually, when she thinks about it, it's hard to imagine anyone who wouldn't get along with that woman.
But since Misa is the one with some more technology knowledge, she does eventually get the hoverboard to go forward with a slight jerk, which evens out into a moderately fast speed. It feels like being on a bike, in terms of speed - a very normal feeling to her. That's the reason she has the bandwidth to (mostly jokingly) scold him: ]
