I had something called collard greens that was cooked in pork-fat earlier. It was quite good, and certainly a little unique. Very flavorful, if a touch greasier than I'd usually like.

[Caitlyn doesn't mind the grease, exactly, but oily foods aren't something she goes out of her way for. She's from a time and a place where meat isn't always the most common thing, and she's been raised in a society that values cleanliness and order. Shockingly, greasy food isn't common.

Still, something he's said draws her attention.]
