The whirlwind of work she seems to have involved herself in would normally exhaust anyone else, but it only seems to fuel her if the way her enthusiasm radiates off her is any indication. It doesn't quite latch onto him, because he's a tired old man at his core, but he does remain relaxed and unhurried in the face of her energy. ]

[ Or maybe he can just work there and mooch food out of the kitchen as payment? He trusts Ciel's taste in food and drink well enough that he's pretty sure he'd be amenable to eating whatever they served there.

Though now that he thinks about his own days in comparison to hers, he truly has been a bum in comparison. ]
