And the fact that there's a lot of alcohol in his system means that he comes very close to face planting onto the street. He manages to catch himself on that garbage bin though, toppling that over while keeping himself upright.
He stands there looking disgruntled for several seconds, those new somethings on his head pinning back against his head as his tail droops low, legs spread wide in an awkward looking stance, like he's trying to both maintain a precarious balance, and decide if he wants to bolt or not.
