She’d be half-inclined to dismiss it as bullshit if it weren’t the sort of thing that the more senior Shard-bearers would have had plenty of time to learn the truth about already. So sure, it’s probably real and that should be a comfort. She can’t help but wonder what it would mean for an Infected Shard-bearer to die here though. Does it make a difference how you die? Would her body still be a Grade-A hazard, for however long it stuck around? At least it’s looking like she might have someone who wouldn’t balk about what she’d ask for, if it came down to that.
