[Whatever constitutes as ‘normal’ when it comes to affecting the flow of time is something way beyond Gavial’s scope of knowledge. If she hadn’t been seeing the sort of stuff the Blight is capable of, if she hadn’t gone through the process of showing up in an entirely different world (with a bunch of people who’d gone through the same), then she’d honestly want to dismiss this all as a bunch of nonsense. But she’s here, and she’s seen it, so she’ll have to take Byleth’s word as the truth, if he seems to know as much about this stuff as it seems.

I guess it’s good to hear that those people could be restored, at least—unbalanced or not. I wonder if there’s some way to get our hands on some of that Sand again. Could be useful for figuring something out, because it sounds pretty powerful.
