[ Cassian isn't a bad person.

He cares, and that's what makes this both awful and a relief. But if there's anyone suited for doing the dirty work it's Amos, so he'll force down everything he's feeling. Get rid of all of it. It doesn't matter that Cassian is seeing his sister again for the first time in however long, it doesn't matter that he so obviously cares for her deeply. It matters that every time they've reached one another the world has reset, and Amos is going to put a stop to that.

His expression doesn't change as Cassian snarls at him, shoves his arm off of him. Amos instantly puts it back up, actively pressing his hand against Cassian's chest as he pushes him back a step with enough force to indicate that he means what he's saying. ]

Every time you reach her the world resets and you're standing around asking me if I know what's going on because you don't remember anything. I told you I knew your sister would be here because you told me, even though you didn't remember doing that. I know what I'm talking about here.

[ He doesn't, not entirely — it's a guess, but he has more to work with than Cassian does, so the statement is delivered with sincere belief. ]

Listen to me.

[ Don't make me do anything else, the warning sliding into his tone. ]
