[ With Liem being notable smaller, and his recollection that Sebastian preferred to keep information about himself away from the masses ( as well as because, in part, bondrewd wished to continue their mutual arrangement of Study - ), he takes point. Even in the Abyss, he would be the point upon which all others focused and drew order from, from Umbra Hand to Black Whistle. It is habit that presses him into the lead, and a strange sense of relentless focus that keeps him there.

Closing his fist around the lock, he clenches his fist and twists. Whatever diminishes their power affects him too, and it takes him a handful of seconds to twist the lock clean off its socket, leaving it to emanate a dull squeal of protest as he does. Rather than cast it aside, he dutifully sets the lock onto the ground, tucking it into a corner so that it will not be kicked, nor tripped over. Silence returns to the hall, as he places his hands to the door and begins to push. If a trap were to go off, he would likely take the full brunt of it - permissible, provided his Shard were returned to the Tree.

The doors creak, heavy metal-on-metal hinges giving way as he digs his heels in. The lash of his tail flattens against the ground, affording him an additional point of contact, a third fulcrum upon which he may drive his weight to the seam of the two doors and - steadily, part them. Darkness lives beyond the doors, and eventually, Bondrewd holds them at arm's length. Looking back, to mildly intone: ]
How wonderful.

They must have an automatic mechanism to allow them to open, judging by the difficulty. Once I release them, they will return to a closed position. Do be prepared, once you enter. Leaving this way in a hurry will not be an option.
