Hythlodaeus' gaze lingers on the trees and the flowers, but his attention is mostly taken up by the way he keeps looking to Emet-Selch. At the question, he bites his lip. What does his friend know? Does he know of Zodiark's demise? Of how it happened? Does he know that he ultimately fails in his endeavour to bring their world back?
Though... now that he thinks on it, he does recall a strange warmth that shouldn't make any sense where the lifestream is concerned. But he brushes that aside, unsure what it could mean.
"Some things, aye. Not much, however. It's... mostly a blur, if I'm honest." Which isn't really a lie as such. He watches Emet-Selch curiously. "What do you recall from before being whisked away from our world?"
