If he had his strength or his claws, it would be vicious and almost certainly fatal. As is, it’s another cruelly precise strike since it’s her kidney he’s aiming for. An open fist would hurt and bruise, but the pressure at a point could rupture.

Hayame throws him down, and he hits the gnarled ground of roots hard. There’s another crack as his face hits the ground first, and the broken nose and the white-hot stab of shifting bone in his collar stuns him, if only for a moment. There’s no shuddering breath that might be expected, because with that, he simply chooses to stop breathing, since it’ll stop the shift of bone minutely.

It wasn’t so openly monstrous when his eyes and teeth were human, but he’s still terrifyingly relentless. As their eyes meet for a tiny second, their thoughts are likely exactly the same.
