[Nature on this scale is a foreign concept to Vander. Growing up in a crowded city beneath a city, where the toxic factories and mines were spread throughout, plant life isn’t something that thrived. He’s had his glimpses of it, sure, when jobs brought him skulking up to Piltover in days long past, but he’s never seen anything quite like this. It stirs up old feelings in his chest, chief among them the familiar bitterness that spurred him to action in his youth.

There would be time to ruminate on that later. For now he tamps it down and forces himself to just enjoy the sights in front of him. And its not hard to do, as awe-inspiring as the field before him is.

Vander is, unsurprisingly, not the only one enjoying the simple luxury of the flower fields. The two locals catch his attention, and he follows their gaze to something out of place amidst the field of outstretched purple. “The horse woman” as they called her—certainly a new sight to Vander, but perhaps not an entirely outlandish one. He doesn’t quite get the urgency, but he does acquiesce to at least go have a word with her at their behest. And as nice as it is to simply take a walk amongst the flowers, Vander feels a little more at ease having a purpose in a place like this.

He approaches with steps more careful than one would expect of a man his size and stature, heedful of the delicate blooms as he makes his way over to her. He comes to a halt a dozen paces away, casting his gaze across the impressive field of purple.]

Quite a place to take a rest, isn’t it, miss?
