so im writing a highstorm tl and i have a very important question which is the absolutely expected question that I'm sure y'all knew i would ask:
is there like anything shady dealings anywhere in highstorm if yes, any districts that can be sniffed out And like if "nothing is illegal", is there anything that would resemble an area where illicit activities to characters would be found? For example: if drugs and debauchery are legal, are there places where it is found, or is it all gonna be found in Springstar?
ALTERNATIVELY I assume there is some kind of nightlife but is it more restrained? like going to a bar called the Manhattan Club as opposed to one called emotional damage? I'm envisioning Highstorm as a "wealthy" district in my head, so I'm just trying to make sure I have the right of it while I'm writing!
