[ It’s something Sebastian has no problem moving on from, since (for now, at least) his investment in this is mostly in the realm of it being a curiosity. Plus, how people perceive the two cities is also interesting to him, albeit for slightly ulterior motives. He imagines that the city you prefer relates rather heavily to which faction calls to you, which is information he finds useful to know.

Ah, so indeed! I do enjoy the tranquility of Highstorm for the most part, but… [ He laughs gently as he shakes his head ] Well, it may be obvious, but I do greatly enjoy meeting new people or a good conversation. My chances are much better in Springstar for that without question.

[ Aesthetically, though, Highstorm all the way, and that’s probably fairly obvious too. Just from how he’s dressed and carries himself, he fits in with the character of Zenith’s stronghold far better. ]

…Though if it makes you feel any better, I have certainly invested in a better pair of reading glasses for here in Highstorm for similar reasons! The low light may be lovely, but when you are farsighted, reading is terrible. You cannot with either city in that respect!
