Sometimes it’s good to trust your gut, but when you’re out of your element, it isn’t always gonna lead you right.

[And how much more out of their element could they get than this whole mess? He shakes his head as he continues.]

Can’t deny that something must have gone wrong. Wouldn’t be so many of us ending up in this place if it hadn’t. [A shrug.] But we don’t really know what it was, do we? Don’t have anything but the word of strangers to explain it. And I’m keen to find out for myself what the truth is.
