It doesn't take much people experience to be able to tell that something is notably... not "right" though, in the way how the other girl is scrutinizing a mere plush toy with such a complicated array of impressions. But Ciel is then suddenly made to be a shelf with legs, and it takes a bit of ambling around for her to make sure none of what Jinx had passed onto her drops onto the floor. She's just managed to get a solid hold onto the lot of assorted blue fluffballs before the other girl is leaning in again, and--

[The only shuffling Ciel does at having her personal space invaded is for plush toy juggling, gotta make sure the lot she's been entrusted with stays secure. She keeps her back straight and the smile on her face intact otherwise, doing a relatively good job of appearing unbothered.]

I think the flexibility of expression for this design is a strong point, so why limit yourself? We feel how we feel, being happy and upset are both natural.
