Hythlodaeus hums to himself as he eyes the markings on Cid's arms as well. They may be partly hidden, but he always did have keen sight. He doesn't ask about them though, since Emet-Selch has already done so.

His eyes find his friend's face, and slide up to the shard on his forehead. Of course he doesn't know what a Garlean eye is and so the shard only stands out even more to him, in particular those golden strands running through it. Then his gaze flicks back down to his eyes, expectant.
